Markus Rıbs Restaurant - Maslak

The first professional step of my interior design journey began unexpectedly, born from a casual conversation. At the time, I was busy collecting spontaneous and surprising pieces from various parts of Europe. Then, as ideas started to flow during that conversation, we asked ourselves, why not create something together? And that's how the story began.

What followed was the creation of a space in the most unexpected of places. An auto repair district, with a body shop on one side and a car painter on the other. This industrial backdrop became the perfect contrast, bringing ribs and drinks together in a setting as raw and authentic as the stories behind each carefully chosen piece that now defines the restaurant.

Restaurateur Emirhan Paralı and Chef Sinan Büdeyri, though from the same university, crossed paths later on. Thanks to the special people they knew and met along the way, a collective spirit took shape, giving life to a community that grows while preserving this shared essence.
